Overview:

We created this dashboard to insure we are adding the correct functionality to the app per user feedback. There is a feedback function in the app allows the user to enter their feedback. We are able to view, add an action, escalate as needed, and run filters to better under the data we are receiving. We are able to see phone systems, phone brands, feedback, number of users, and most used functions. To make it easier on the eye we added a dark mode function to add a bit of flare.
